person holding dandelion flower. Representing not losing yourself and self-worth.

We’ve all been there—caught up in a relationship, a job, or a situation where we slowly start losing pieces of ourselves. It’s like one day you wake up and barely recognize the person staring back at you in the mirror. Maybe you’ve been so busy trying to please others, trying to fit in, or just trying to survive, that you forgot who you are.

But here’s the truth: you should never lose yourself again. Not for anyone, not for anything.

You are worth holding on to. No relationship, no job, no situation should ever cost you you. I know there are external voices—family, friends, society—telling you who you should be, what you should do, and how you should live. They push this idea that you have to fit a certain mold to be loved, to be successful, to be enough. But that’s a lie. You are enough just as you are, and the moment you start living for someone else, you start shrinking your own light.
